Our mill in the west produces a 22% starter, slightly higher in protein than the starter from our mill in the Eastern US. Shipping is more expensive when the feed has to ship far, but if you live in the East and prefer this higher protein starter, you can buy it from this page by selecting the appropriate option above. Ships via UPS ground; expedited shipping is not possible. If you
