Sheet Pan Eggs

  • Try this easy to make egg recipe. You can season with your choice veggies, meats, and cheeses. Makes 12 egg squares.
  • Serves: 6
    Cook time: 35 minutes

    Ingredients:

        Makes 12 egg squares
      • 12 chicken eggs or 8 duck eggs
      • 1 to 2 cups - your choice of cooked meats (bacon/sausage), veggies or cheese
      • Pepper and salt to taste

      Instructions:

      1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
      2. Mix 12 chicken eggs OR 8 duck eggs
      3. Add your choice of cooked meats, veggies, or cheese
      4. Add pepper and salt to taste
      5. Pour into a well-oiled sheet tray (at least 16" in length)
      6. Bake for 22 minutes
      7. Allow to cool, remove from sheet tray and cut into square to save for later use for quick breakfast sandwiches
