FAQs

Why does the chart show 0 results?

This usually means no breeds match your current combination of date and filters. Try clicking Clear Filters to remove all filters, choose a different ship date, or adjust the quantity of birds selected. Availability is updated weekly as we evaluate the hens cooperation — you can add to your order if a breed becomes available by contacting us through the My Pet Chicken Live Bird Order Change Request form.

What do the numbers and symbols mean on the chart?
The numbers show how many chicks are available for that breed and ship date. A red X means that the breed is not available for that week.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantities vary by season and bird type. You can find the exact minimum listed on each product’s collection page, which is listed below. Most orders require at least 3 birds to help keep chicks warm and safe during shipping.
