Scrub yourself with this Lemongrass Luffa Egg Yolk Soap! This handmade small batch of soap contains luffa that was grown in one of our very own peeps' garden! Her seeds originated from the Super Duper Seed Swap and were grown with love. This soap is handmade and includes egg yolks from My Pet Chicken hens' eggs.

Why are egg yolks used? Because they are said to have the following benefits:

  • help promote skin repair
  • hydrate the skin
  • treat inflammatory skin conditions
  • help heal dry, flaky, and itchy skin
  • slow the skin's aging process
  • treat acne
  • and they help create a rich thick lather
Lemongrass is known to be a natural skin toner and helps with acne. French-green clay is great for oily skin types since it's known for its oil-absorbing properties. Luffa gently exfoliates the skin and helps stimulate or improve skin blood flow.

The ingredients include: Olive, palm, and coconut oils, distilled water, sodium hydroxide, egg yolks, french-green clay, lemongrass essential oil, and garden-grown luffa.
