Install & Connectivity Information:

• For the camera to be active, a mandatory subscription for the first year is required. You will be billed $7 per month for the first year. After that, you may cancel your membership, but the cameras will not be active. 
• The Smart Coop Kit  EggsteinAI requires iOS, iPadOS, or macOS.
• WiFi 2.4 GHz frequency band required
• WIFi 5 GHz not supported

Product Returns:

• If your camera has suffered significant damage during shipment, please report the damages to us within 48 hours of arrival if possible. We request that you send pictures of the damage so that we can best determine the following steps to be taken.
• We want you (and your flock!) to be 100% happy with your Coop products. You can return any verified faulty or unopened product within the first 30 days for a full refund minus shipping expenses.
• A 50% restocking fee will be applied if your return is not verified faulty and any boxes have been opened.
