This is a complete feed, so your hens may not need supplemental calcium. That said, free-choice oyster shell is still worth offering. Flocks that forage heavily or receive a lot of treats can develop a calcium deficiency even on a complete feed, and oyster shell is inexpensive insurance against that.
Yes. Feeding certified organic feed is the main step. Since pesticides are not used in organic feed production, the eggs your hens produce can reasonably be called organic. All it takes to get organic eggs is organic chicken feed.
