If you’re looking for the best protection available, we strongly recommend upgrading from the standard welded wire to ½” x ½” black vinyl-coated hardware cloth. This finer mesh helps keep out smaller predators and pests like weasels, rats, and snakes. It’s especially valuable for those living in rural or heavily wooded areas. The vinyl coating adds durability and blends seamlessly into the design for a clean, finished look.
Want the flexibility to move your run around your yard? Add our tractor package to turn your stationary run into a mobile chicken tractor. With heavy-duty wheels and a steering handle, the tractorized run allows you to rotate grazing areas, reduce wear on your grass, and spread your chickens’ nutrient-rich manure more evenly. It’s a great way to give your flock new foraging opportunities while maintaining a cleaner, healthier yard.
There is a 10-year limited warranty on the coops. This warranty covers structural problems should they occur, assuming the coop was properly maintained.
Please allow up to 5-7 weeks for delivery. This run is made-to-order—quality-made by the Amish in Pennsylvania, USA.
Standard delivery provides for the coop to be delivered to the end of your driveway--and you will be responsible for moving it to the ideal location in your yard. Or, provided there is easy accessibility for the truck driver (for example, a 10' wide opening where a smaller truck can get into your yard), your driver can place your coop wherever you like for a fee of $600.00. If you are ordering a coop bundled with your run, the $600.00 fee only needs to be paid once to apply for both items.
