Most people successfully assemble their Nestera coop in under an hour. You needn't be a DIY expert to put this coop together.
We have found 100% recycled plastic to be an excellent material for chicken coops used in Nestera's manufacturing process. In the winter, the required ventilation means the temperature inside the coop will be similar to the ambient air temperature outside.
However, chickens tolerate the cold as their feathers provide good insulation. During the warmer summer months, the solid UV-resistant roof reflects the sun's heat well, keeping your chickens cool and comfortable.
The Wagon Chicken Coop has two fully adjustable vents on the rear panel that can be opened or closed to varying degrees depending on the weather. The Wagon Chicken Coop also features a series of ventilation ridges hidden under the roofline at the front and back to allow constant airflow through the coop well above your chickens' heads. This helps to keep the coop well-ventilated but not drafty!
