We only ship this chicken coop to the 48 contiguous states. Therefore, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
To cancel an order, you must notify us before your items are shipped. If your item is in transit, we may still be able to cancel your order, and you will be responsible for shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
In addition, refunds of over $200 will be reduced by 3% to help us recoup the costs of our non-refundable transaction fees.

If your coop arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately upon receipt, allowing us to file a case with the manufacturer or shipper. Late reporting may not be eligible for a refund. We may ask you for photos or we will provide a shipping return label to return the damaged or defective coop for repair or inspection. After receipt, we will offer a fair resolution depending on the extent of the damage or defect.
Returned items found not to be defective will be treated as standard product returns.
